   Action: recommended for approval Passed

   A motion was made by Committee Member Engel, seconded by Committee Member Batshon, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. The following spoke to this item: - Chair Mulvihill - Ben Moore, Economic Development - Committee Member Batshon The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 35 OF THE LOUISVILLE METRO CODE OF ORDINANCES TO REQUIRE METRO COUNCIL APPROVAL OF CERTAIN CHANGES TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS, AND TO REQUIRE FILING WITH METRO COUNCIL OF ALL SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS.
