    President David James withdrew his sponsorship of this Resolution and it therefore died in committee due to the lack of a primary sponsor.

    Committee Member Kramer objected to adjourning the meeting upon Chair Person Ackerson asking if there were any objections. After further discussion, Committee Member Kramer withdrew his objection. Without objection, Chair Person Ackerson adjourned the meeting at 5:53 p.m.
