Committee Member Kramer and Sarah Martin, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, spoke to the item. A motion was made by Chair Person Mulvihill, seconded by Committee Member Kramer, that this amended Ordinance be amended by striking through "distribution of income" and replacing it with "ownership interest of 5 percent or more" in proposed Section § 39.030(D)(2). The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. Mark Zoeller, Fleet and Facilities, spoke to the item.
