A motion was made by Committee Member Kramer, seconded by Committee Member Sexton Smith, that this amended Ordinance be untabled. The motion to untable carried by a voice vote. Committee Member Kramer and Sarah Martin, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, spoke to the item. A motion was made by Chair Person Mulvihill, seconded by Committee Member Kramer, that this amended Ordinance be amended by striking through "distribution of income" and replacing it with "ownership interest of 5 percent or more" in proposed Section ยง 39.030(D)(2). The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. Mark Zoeller, Fleet and Facilities, spoke to the item. The motion to recommend for approval carried by the following vote and the amended Ordinance was sent to Old Business:
