    Chair Person Mulvihill called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.

  2. Roll Call

    Chair Person Mulvihill introduced the committee members present. A quorum was established. Committee Member Kramer arrived at 5:04 p.m.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by Committee Member Coan, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. John Singler, Law Offices of Singler & Ritsert, spoke to the item and gave a presentation. Toby Nutt, Resident, also spoke to the item. The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to the Consent Calendar:

    Chair Person Mulvihill stated Council Member Green has withdrawn her sponsorship and the Ordinance died in committee.
