    Chair Shanklin called the meeting to order at 1:31 p.m.

    Chair Shanklin introduced the committee members present. A quorum was established. *NOTE: All committee members present attended in chambers except for Chair Shanklin, Committee Member Hawkins and Committee Member Parker, who attended virtually.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Ruhe, seconded by Committee Member Owen, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. The following spoke to this item: - Committee Member Arthur - State Representative Lisa Willner, Kentucky General Assembly - Dr. Renee Sartin, Campbellsville University - Brenda Rosen, National Association of Social Workers, Kentucky Chapter - Vice Chair Benson - Committee Member Owen The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.
