The applicant shall submit a landscape plan within 90 days to Planning & Design Services Staff. The approved landscape plan must be implemented no later than April 15, 2019. 2. If after 12 months, no development activity has occurred, applicant to return to the DDRO Committee with plans for site improvements. 3. Site of building to be removed is not approved to be used as a surface parking lot. Should the owner choose to pursue this at some point in the future, the request will be classified as Non-expedited, requiring review and approval by the Committee.
