    A motion was made by Committee Member Haskins, seconded by Committee Member Forte, that considering the information furnished, the Committee finds that the proposal generally complies with the applicable Principles and Guidelines of the Overlay and is APPROVED with the following conditions: 1. The sign shall be removed at the end of a ten (10) year time period from installation date. 2. Any transfer of the property to an entity not affiliated with The University of Louisville or its subsidiaries will result in the removal of the free standing sign. 3. At the onset of any development activity on this property will result in the removal of the free standing sign. The motion carried by the following vote:
