Council Member Shanklin called the meeting to order at 4:02 PM.

Council Member Shanklin introduced the Triumvirate committee members. A quorum was established.

A motion was made by Committee Member Shanklin and seconded by Committee Member Sexton Smith that the Chair of the Committee will be shared by Co-Chair Shanklin and Co-Chair Sexton Smith. The motion carried by a voice vote.

A motion was made by Committee Member Sexton Smith and seconded by Committee Member Shanklin to enter into a Closed Session pursuant to KRS 61.81 to seek legal advice from the Jefferson County Attorney's Office regarding proposed proper procedures to follow in response to allegations that Councilman Dan Johnson had violated the Agreed Order entered into November 1, 2017. The motion carried and the committee entered into Closed Session at 4:03 PM and resumed at 6:14 PM.
