Council President David James welcomed all to the 19th Annual Black History Month Program and thanked Chair Shanklin for presenting the event year after year. He also thanked all that were present for recognizing the celebration. Council Member Jecorey Arthurs was recognized as the new Council Member. He spoke on Brianna Taylor (Speak Her Name). Chair Shanklin recognized the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals. (See the attached program for the complete list of program participants.)
