    Vice Chair Triplett called the meeting to order at 1:32 p.m.

    Vice Chair Triplett introduced the committee members present. A quorum was established upon the arrival of Committee Member Yates. Committee Member Yates arrived at 1:40 p.m.

    Eric Friedlander, Office of Resilience and Community Services, spoke to the item and gave a presentation. The Following spoke to the item: -Douglas Scott, The Healing Place -Susan Buchino, University of Louisville -Amina Mosley, Wayside Christian Mission

  9. 2. A RESOLUTION HONORING APOSTLE RAYMOND J. KEITH JR. BY DEDICATING THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 17TH AND PRENTICE STREETS, AND THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 18TH AND PRENTICE STREETS AS “APOSTLE RAYMOND J. KEITH JR. WAY” IN HIS HONOR.
    Resolution
    Action: recommended for approval

    A motion was made by Committee Member Benson, seconded by Vice Chair Triplett, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Shalanna Taylor, District 6 Legislative Assistant, spoke to the item and noted technical corrections were made. This item was forwarded to Old Business without a recommendation due to the lack of a quorum.

    Without objection, Vice Chair Triplett adjourned the meeting at 2:30 p.m. *NOTE: Items sent to the Consent Calendar or Old Business will be heard before the full Council at the Metro Council Meeting on October 24, 2019.
