A motion was made by Vice Chair Triplett, seconded by Committee Member Yates, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Denise Bentley, District 5 Legislative Assistant, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and by request from the Sponsor, the Resolution was sent to Old Business in order for it to be read into record in its entirety.
