A motion was made by Committee Member Benson, seconded by Committee Member Yates, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Council President James spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.

A motion was made by Committee Member Yates, seconded by Committee Member Benson, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Vice Chair Triplett and T. Kevin Flanery, Churchill Downs, spoke to the item. Council President James and Council Member Fox requested to be added as Co-Sponsors. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar
