A motion was made by Committee Member Woolridge, seconded by Vice Chair Benson, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Council Member Hamilton spoke to the item. Chair Person Shanklin and Committee Member Woolridge requested to be added as co-sponsors. Council Member Hamilton requested a video copy of the committee meeting. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to Old Business at the request of Council Member Hamilton.
