A motion was made by Committee Member Woolridge, seconded by Vice Chair Benson, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Charles Weathers, District 1 Legislative Assistant, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to Old Business to allow the sponsor to speak to the item before the full Council.
