    A motion was made by Committee Member Woolridge, seconded by Vice Chair Benson, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Council Member Hollander, D-9, spoke to the item and requested to be added as a co-sponsor. Chair Person Shanklin, Committee Member Woolridge, Council Member Sexton Smith and Council Member Hamilton also requested to be added as co-sponsors. The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to Old Business:
