A motion was made by Committee Member Welch, seconded by Committee Member Woolridge, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Committee Members Welch, Woolridge, and Benson, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to Old Business to allow additional sponsors.
