    A motion was made by Council Member Peden, seconded by Council Member Owen, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. The following people spoke to this item: Maria Koetter, Office of Sustainability Mohammad Nouri, Dixie Highway Improvement Project Bobby Clark, Midwest Clean Energy Enterprise Vanessa Burns, Public Works Tim Darst, Kentucky Interfaith Power & Light Council Member Johnson expressed that he would like to be added as sponsor. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.

  7. 3. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT A DONATION OF $5,434.00 FROM OKOLONA FENCE COMPANY, INC. FOR FENCE CONSTRUCTION AT ANIMAL HOUSE ADOPTION CENTER TO BE ADMINISTERED BY METRO ANIMAL SERVICES. (Action Required By: January 2016)

    A motion was made by Council Member Peden, seconded by Vice Chair Stuckel, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Stephanie Moore, Louisville Metro Animal Services, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.
