A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE KENTUCKY REGIONAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,720 TO PROVIDE TITLE III-B ACTIVITY SERVICES AS INDICATED IN THE KENTUCKY REGIONAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY’S FISCAL YEAR 2017 UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM.

  7. 3. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $1,114,000 FROM THE LOUISVILLE AND JEFFERSON COUNTY METROPOLITAN SEWER DISTRICT FOR REMEDIATION OF SHAWNEE PARK TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE METRO PARKS DEPARTMENT.
