    Chair Person Fowler called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.

  5. 1. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $795,921 OF ADDITIONAL FUNDING FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET FOR THE MCNEELY LAKE ACCESS ROAD AND PARALLEL SHARED USE PATH PROJECT ADMINISTERED BY THE METRO PARKS DEPARTMENT.

    A motion was made by Vice Chair Stuckel, seconded by Committee Member Tandy, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Marty Storch, Metro Parks, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.

  6. 2. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT THE DONATION OF FIVE GENERAL ELECTRIC APPLIANCES VALUED AT A TOTAL OF $5,950 TO BE INSTALLED AT THE NEWBURG COMMUNITY CENTER AND ADMINISTERED BY THE METRO PARKS DEPARTMENT.
