    Chair Arthur called the meeting to order at 4:06 p.m.

    Chair Arthur introduced the committee members present. A quorum was established. *NOTE: All committee members present attended in chambers except for Committee Member Winkler, who attended virtually.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Winkler, seconded by Committee Member Piagentini, that this Ordinance by recommended for approval. The following spoke to this item: - Natalie Johnson, Jefferson County Attorney's Office - Grace Simrall, Office of Civic Innovation & Technology - Andrew McKinney, Office of Civic Innovation & Technology - Chair Arthur - Committee Member Winkler - Vice Chair Piagentini - Committee Member Chambers Armstrong - Committee Member George Committee Member Winkler, Chambers Armstrong and Vice Chair Piagentini requested to be added as co-sponsors. A motion was made by Committee Member Piagentini, seconded by Committee Member Chambers Armstrong, that this ordinance be amended by substitution as shown in the attached document titled "O-243-22 V.2 CABS 081122 Create New LMCO Chapter Re Open Data Policy.pdf". The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. The motion to recommend for approval carried the following vote and the amended Ordinance was sent to Old Business.

    Without objection, Chair Arthur adjourned the meeting at 4:55 p.m.
