    Due to the excused absence of Chair Person Denton, Vice Chair Green called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m. A quorum was not established.

    Action: returned without recommendation

    A motion was made by Council Member James, seconded by Vice Chair Green, that this Appointment be recommended for approval to the Metro Council. Due to the lack of a quorum the Appointment was sent to Old Business without a recommendation.

  5. 2. A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO THE CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCES, APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE FOLLOWING NONCOMPETITIVELY NEGOTIATED RENEWAL SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT - (INNOVATIVE INTERFACES INCORPORATED - $300,000.00). (Action Required By: September 2015)

    A motion was made by Council Member James, seconded by Vice Chair Green, that this Resolution be recommended for approval to the Metro Council. Lee Burchfield, Director of Strategic Planning with the Louisville Free Public Library, spoke to the item. Due to the lack of a quorum the Resolution was sent to Old Business without a recommendation.

    Council Member James made a motion to adjourn. WIthout Objection the meeting adjourned at 3:15 p.m. *NOTE: Items sent to the Consent Calendar or Old Business will be heard before the Full Council at the Metro Council Meeting on April 16, 2015.
