    Council President Winkler called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m.

A motion as made by Committee Member Fowler, seconded by Vice Chair McCraney, that this Resolution be amended as shown in the attached document titled "R-010-23 V.2 CAM 022828 Amend MC Personnel Policies RE Social Media Policy.docx." The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
