    Due to the absence of Chair Person Green, Vice Chair Downard called the meeting to order at 1:05 p.m.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Denton, seconded by Committee Member Blackwell, that this Appointment be tabled due to no one present to speak. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Appointment was Tabled Vice Chair Downard motioned for recess without objection at 1:31 p.m. to allow the speaker to arrive. Vice Chair Downard reconvened the meeting at 1:38 p.m. at the arrival of the speaker. A motion was made by Committee Member Denton, seconded by Vice Chair Downard that this Appointment be untabled. Emily Liu, Planning and Design, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Appointment was sent to the Consent Calendar.
