    Chair Person Green introduced the committee members present. A quorum was established. Committee Member Blackwell arrived at 3:12 p.m.

    Although a motion and second to Table all items was obtained and then approved by the Committee, the correct action was simply to "hold" the items at the Committee level. The corrected action was discussed with the Chair and Vice Chair immediately following the adjournment of the Committee meeting.
