  1. Call to Order

    Council President James called the meeting to order at 5:17 p.m. This meeting was held pursuant to KRS 61.826 and Council Rule 5A. All Council Members attended the meeting in Chambers, except for the following who attended virtually via WebEx: - Council Member Shanklin - Council Member Dorsey - Council Member Flood

  2. Roll Call

    A quorum was established.

  3. Review of Metro Council Agenda

    Council President James reviewed the Metro Council agenda. The following spoke to this: - Council Member Piagentini and Council Member Benson spoke to the Emergency Legislation, item 50 (R-191-22) and item 51 (R-195-22). - Council Member Hollander spoke to item 53 (O-338-22) and item 54 (O-326-22) that were forwarded from the Budget Committee. The following also spoke to item 54 (O-326-22): - Council Member Winkler - Dr. Susan Buchino, Homeless Services, gave a presentation (see attached) - Council Member Fox - Council Member Ackerson - Council Member George - Council Member George spoke to item 55 (O-182-22) that was forwarded from the Public Works Committee. - Council Member Shanklin item 56 (O-134-22), item 57 (O-325-22), and item 58 (R-179-22) that were forwarded from the Community Affairs, Housing, Health and Education Committee. Council Member Chambers Armstrong also spoke to item 56 and discussed a proposed amendment. - Council Member Dorsey spoke to item 59 (O-298-22), item 60 (R-159-22), and item 61 (R-160-22). - Council Member Flood and Travis Fiechter, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, spoke to item 62 (O-313-22).
