  1. Call to Order

    Council President James called the meeting to order at 5:18 p.m. This meeting was held pursuant to KRS 61.826 and Council Rule 5A. All Council Members attended the meeting in Chambers, except for the following who attended virtually via WebEx: - Council Member Shanklin - Council Member Purvis - Council Member Flood

  2. Roll Call

    A quorum was established

  3. Review of Metro Council Agenda

    Council President James reviewed the Metro Council agenda. The following also spoke to this item: - Council Member Fox spoke to item 34 (O-278-22) that was forwarded from the Public Safety Committee. - Council Member Shanklin and Council Member Chambers Armstrong spoke to item 36 (O-134-22) that was forwarded from the Community Affairs, Housing, Health and Education Committee. - Council Member Flood and Council Member Winkler spoke to items 38 (R-126-22), 39 (O-317-22O, and 40 (O-318-22) that were forwarded from the Planning and Zoning Committee.

  6. Presidential Updates

    Council President James provided updates on the following: - Council Member Office Selection on November 18, 2022. - Provide License Plate Numbers to Edwin Ernest in the Business Office for next year's parking permits.

    Without objection, Council President James adjourned the meeting at 5:23 p.m.
