    President Pro-Tem Piagentini called the meeting to order at 5:18 p.m. This meeting was held pursuant to KRS 61.826 and Council Rule 5A. All Council Members attended the meeting in Chambers, except for the following who attended virtually via WebEx: - Council Member Shanklin - Council Member McCraney - Council Member Mulvihill - Council Member Fowler - Council Member Flood

    President Pro-Tem Piagentini briefly reviewed the Metro Council agenda. Council Member Holton Stewart spoke about the Page for the meeting. Council Member Dorsey and Council Member Hollander spoke about the Special Legislation (item 32, O-274-22). Council Member Piagentini spoke about item 33 (O-197-22). Council Member Flood spoke about item 34 (O-255-22) and item 35 (O-265-22). Council Member Reed, Council Member Chambers Armstrong, Council Member McCraney, and Council Member Triplett spoke about item 36 (O-271-22).
