Council President James provided updates on the following: - Outstanding purchase orders need to be submitted to Edwin Ernest before September 14, 2022 - The Commission created by House Bill 314 is meeting on Friday, September 9, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. - The Council picnic is Friday, September 16, 2022 at Jefferson Memorial Forest from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Metro Human Resources is sending out information about a compensation study - Kentucky League of Cities Conference and Expo will be held in Owensboro, Kentucky from September 20-23, 2022 - National League of Cities Summit will be held in Kansas City from November 17-19, 2022
