    A motion was made by Committee Member Blackwell, seconded by Committee Member Coan, to enter Closed Session to discuss legal strategy with the Committee's Legal Counsel. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Committee entered into Closed Session at 3:33 PM and reconvened at 4:38 PM. Chair Person Leet announced that the next Committee meeting will be on October 16, 2017 at 3:30 PM.
