    Discussion Item

    A motion was made by Committee Member Blackwell, seconded by Committee Member Engel, to enter Closed Session to discuss legal strategy with the Committee's Legal Counsel. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Committee entered into Closed Session at 2:06 PM and reconvened at 3:27 PM. Chair Person Leet announced that the August 28, 2017 regularly scheduled meeting will be cancelled and the Committee will not meet on Monday, September 4th, Labor Day holiday. The next Committee meeting will be on September 5, 2017 with the time to be determined.
