    A motion was made by Committee Member Coan, seconded by Chair Person Leet, to enter Closed Session to discuss legal strategy with the Committee's Legal Counsel. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Committee entered into Closed Session at 4:07 PM and reconvened at 5:34 PM

  5. Adjournment

    Without objection Chair Person Leet adjourned the meeting at 5:35 PM.
