    Committee Member Coan called the meeting to order at 3:10 PM.

    A quorum was established. Council Member Blackwell arrived during the Closed Session (3:20 PM).

    Discussion Item

    Committee Member Coan nominated Committee Member Jessica Green and Committee Member Angela Leet as Co-Chairs of the Charging Committee. Council Member Engel seconded the nomination. The nomination carried by voice vote and Committee Member Green and Committee Member Leet were named Co-Chairs of the Charging Committee.

  5. 2. Designation of Charging Committee Meeting Times

    By voice vote, Monday's at 3:30 PM was set for the regular scheduled meeting time.

  6. 3. Designation of Charging Committee Legal Counsel
    Discussion Item

    Chair Person Leet introduced Attorney, Deborah Kent. A motion was made by Chair Person Leet to accept Deborah Kent as the legal counsel for the Charging Committee. The motion carried by a voice vote and Deborah Kent was confirmed as the legal counsel for the Charging Committee.

  7. 4. Closed Session
    Discussion Item

    A motion was made by Chair Person Green, seconded by Chair Person Leet, to enter Closed Session to discuss legal strategy with the Committee's Legal Counsel. The motion carried by voice vote and the Committee entered into Closed Session at 3:14 PM. The Committee reconvened at 4:37 PM.

  8. Adjournment

    Without objection Chair Person Leet adjourned the meeting at 4:38 PM.
