1. Call to Order

   Vice Chair Winkler called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.

2. Roll Call

   Vice Chair Winkler introduced the committee members and non-committee members present. A quorum was established. Note: All committee and non-committee members present attended in Chambers, except Chair Kramer, Committee Member Reno-Weber, Committee Member Parker, Committee Member Mulvey-Woolridge, Council Member Hawkins and Council Member McCraney, who attended virtually.

   Action: recommended for approval Passed

   A motion was made by Committee Member Piagentini, seconded by Committee Member Joseph, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. The following spoke to this item: - Cleo Battle, Louisville Tourism - Vice Chair Winkler - Committee Member Piagentini - Committee Member Herndon The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to the Consent Calendar:

7. 4. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BUDGET AND ECONOMIC IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR THE GREATER LOUISVILLE LODGING MANAGEMENT DISTRICT DBA LOUISVILLE HOTEL PARTNERSHIP FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2026, TO JUNE 30, 2027.
   Resolution
   Action: recommended for approval

   A motion was made by Committee Member Piagentini, seconded by Committee Member Joseph, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. The following spoke to this item: - Eamon O'Brien, The Greater Louisville Lodging Management District - Vice Chair Winkler - Committee Member Piagentini - Committee Member Herndon Vice Chair Winkler requested to be added as a co-sponsor. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Ordinance was sent to the Consent Calendar.

8. 3. AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 BUDGET FOR THE TRANSIT AUTHORITY OF RIVER CITY (TARC).

   Action: recommended for approval Passed

   A motion was made by Committee Member Piagentini, seconded by Committee Member Joseph, to recess and the motion carried without objection. The committee recessed from 3:47 p.m. to 4:04 p.m. A motion was made by Committee Member Piagentini, seconded by Committee Member Joseph, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. The following spoke to this item: - Ozzy Gibson, Transit Authority of River City - Vice Chair Winkler - Committee Member Piagentini The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to the Consent Calendar:

   Without objection, Vice Chair Winkler adjourned the meeting at 4:21 p.m.
