    A motion was made by Committee Member Winkler, seconded by Committee Member Piagentini, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. The following spoke to this item: - Chair Hollander - Monica Harmon, Office of Budget and Management - Committee Member Arthur - Committee Member Piagentini - Committee Member Fowler - Vice Chair Kramer - Tameka Laird, Resilience and Community Services - Committee Member Winkler - Committee Member Triplett - Dr. Susan Buchino, Resilience and Community Services A motion was made by Committee Member Winkler, seconded by Committee Member Arthur, that this ordinance be amended by substitution as shown in the attached document titled "O-365-22 V.2 CABS 120822 Transferring Funds Relating to Compliance and Reporting to Premium Pay.pdf." The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.

    Chair Hollander called the meeting to order at 5:18 p.m.

    Chair Hollander introduced the committee present. A quorum was established. *NOTE: All committee members present attended in chambers, except for Chair Hollander, Committee Member Winkler, Committee Member Fowler and Committee Member Triplett, who attended virtually.

  8. 1. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JEFFERSON COUNTY SHERIFF’S 2023 BUDGET.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Triplett, seconded by Committee Member Arthur, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. The following spoke to this item: - Sheriff John Aubrey, Jefferson County Sheriff's Office - Chair Hollander The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.
