    A motion was made by Committee Member Richard, seconded by Committee Member Fuller, that Case Number 19BROD1001, Patio and Balcony Addition, be APPROVED, SUBJECT to the following Conditions of Approval: Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall provide three planters, 24 inches to 36 inches minimum height, adjacent to the Bardstown Road frontage containing small trees or other landscaping, subject to Staff review and approval. 2. The applicant shall provide two planters adjacent to the east property line containing small trees, subject to Staff review and approval. 3. The applicant shall further explore using casement style windows in a dark color, or if they are double-hung replacement windows they should be white to match the double-hung windows above, subject to Staff review and approval. 4. The applicant shall reduce column width and massing, subject to Staff review and approval. 5. The applicant shall remove the second floor railing and keep the space unoccupied. 6. Signage shall be submitted for review and approval prior to installation. 7. The applicant shall coordinate new tree planting(s) in the right-of-way with Public Works.
