    Chair Person Blackwell called the meeting to order at 4:33 PM.

    Chair Person Blackwell introduced the committee members and non-committee members that were present. A quorum was established.

  4. 1. APPROPRIATING $598 FROM DISTRICT 11 CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDS TO SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO PURCHASE AND INSTALL A DECORATIVE METRO RECEPTACLE AT 4037 TAYLORSVILLE ROAD IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
