    Chair Person Blackwell called the meeting to order at 4:47 PM.

    Chair Person Blackwell introduced the committee members and non-committee members that were present. A quorum was established. Committee Member Sexton Smith arrived at 4:54 PM.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Peden, seconded by Vice Chair Leet, that this Municipal Aid Program Fund be approved. Charles Weathers, District 1 Legislative Assistant, spoke to the item. A motion was made by Committee Member Peden, seconded by Vice Chair Leet, that this Municipal Aid Program Fund be amended by adding 1141 S. 32nd Street (SR#4893276) for $2,393.60 and increasing the total amount appropriated to $44,577.02.
