    Chair Person Blackwell called the meeting to order at 4:36 PM.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Leet, seconded by Committee Member Sexton Smith, that this Ordinance be amended by adding $250 from District 7. For a new total amount appropriated of $17,000. The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
