  4. 1. APPROPRIATING $696.02 FROM DISTRICT 9 CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDS TO BRIGHTSIDE FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDS NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR OF EIGHT BUS STOP STONE WALLS ALONG FRANKFORT AVENUE BETWEEN CANNONS LANE AND EWING.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Johnson, seconded by Committee Member Sexton Smith, that this Capital Infrastructure Fund be approved. Kyle Ethridge, District 9 Legislative Assistant, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Capital Infrastructure Fund was approved.

The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.

The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
