The following spoke to the item: - Chair Person Coan, who also distributed a handout for discussion (see attached) - John Carroll, Jefferson County Attorney's Office - Dave Marchal, Develop Louisville - Cynthia Elmore, Develop Louisville - Travis Fiechter, Jefferson County Attorney's Office The Committee discussed Sections 32.260(P) through 32.263(B) but did not make any formal motions to amend this Ordinance. However, the Committee informally agreed to the following amendments to Attachment A: - Leave Section (Q) on Page 17 as it currently reads in the Landmarks Ordinance - In Section (P) on Page 17, strike through 'or District' after the word 'Landmark' - In Section (Q) on Page 17, replace both occurrences of '180' with '120' - In Section 32.263(A) on Page 19, add 'or District' after the word 'Landmark' in Line 1 and Line 5 - In Section 32.263(B) on Page 19, strike through 'a' and insert the word 'an' before the word 'Individual' in Line 4
