A motion was made by Vice Chair Kramer, seconded by Chair Person Coan, that this Ordinance be untabled. The motion carried by a voice vote. The following spoke to the item: - Chair Person Coan - Dave Marchal, Develop Louisville - Cynthia Elmore, Develop Louisville - Travis Fiechter, Jefferson County Attorney's Office The Committee discussed Sections 32.260(I) through 32.260(O) but did not make any formal motions to amend this Ordinance. However, the Committee informally agreed to the following amendments to Attachment A: - Leave Section (I) on Pages 14 and 15 as it currently reads in the Landmarks Ordinance - Ensure Sections (J) through (M) on Page 15 are consistent in consideration of process timeframes - In Section (L)(1) on Page 15, replace the second sentence with 'As to the stated deficiency the appropriate party may respond within one year of the date of the initial decision.' - In Section (N) on Page 16, add 'within 90 days' after the word 'Landmark'
