The following spoke to the item: - Chair Person Coan - John Carroll, Jefferson County Attorney's Office - Dave Marchal, Develop Louisville - Cynthia Elmore, Develop Louisville - Travis Fiechter, Jefferson County Attorney's Office The Committee discussed Sections 32.260(A) through 32.260(H) but did not make any formal motions to amend this Ordinance. However, the Committee informally agreed to the following amendments to Attachment A: - In Section (D) on Page 12, replace 'No later than 30 days before the hearing date' with 'At least 30 days prior to the hearing' - In Section (E) on Page 13, add 'within 90 days' after the word 'District'
