A motion was made by Chair Person Peden, seconded by Committee Member Hamilton, that the Ordinance be amended by changing 'June' to 'August' in Section II. The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. A motion was made by Chair Person Peden, seconded by Committee Member Hamilton, that the amended Ordinance be amended by adding the following after the first sentence in proposed Land Development Code Sections 4.2.61.D and 4.3.20.D: This provision is not waivable. The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. Paul Whitty, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, and Joe Haberman and Emily Liu, Planning and Design Services, spoke to the item. A motion was made by Committee Member Hamilton, seconded by Vice Chair Hollander, that the amended Ordinance be tabled. The motion carried without objection.
