    A motion was made by Committee Member Stuckel, seconded by Vice Chair Hollander, that the Ordinance be untabled. Joe Haberman, Planning and Design Services, spoke to the item and distributed a handout to which he referred to during the meeting (see attached). Jon Baker and Paul Whitty, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, and Robert Kirchdorfer, Codes and Regulations, spoke to the item. A motion was made by Committee Member Flood, seconded by Vice Chair Hollander, that the Ordinance be tabled. The motion carried without objection.

    A motion was made by Committee Member Stuckel, seconded by Committee Member Flood, that the Ordinance be recommended for approval. A motion was made by Vice Chair Hollander, seconded by Committee Member Hamilton, that the Ordinance be amended by striking through Section 1 and instead replace the current effective date of June 1, 2016 (as previously approved in Section III of Ordinance No. 217, Series 2015) with a new effective date of August 1, 2016. The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. The motion to recommend for approval carried by the following vote and the amended Ordinance was sent to Old Business:
