Chair Person Peden distributed a reference document prior to the meeting (see attached). Joe Haberman, Planning and Design Services, spoke to the item, gave a PowerPoint presentation, and distributed a handout (see attached). Jon Baker and Paul Whitty, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, spoke to the item. A motion was made by Committee Member Flood, seconded by Vice Chair Hollander, that the Ordinance be tabled. The motion carried without objection.
