Vice Chair Hollander called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.
- Roll Call
Vice Chair Hollander introduced the members present. A quorum was established. Chair Person Peden arrived at 3:04 p.m. and assumed the chair.

A motion was made by Committee Member Hamilton, seconded by Committee Member Stuckel, that the Ordinance be recommended for approval. Joe Haberman and Brian Mabry (Planning and Design Services) spoke to the item and gave a presentation. The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to the Consent Calendar:

A motion was made by Committee Member Stuckel, seconded by Vice Chair Hollander, that the Ordinance be untabled. The motion carried without objection. Brian Mabry and Joe Haberman (Planning and Design Services) spoke to the item and gave a PowerPoint presentation. Without objection, the committee approved TRAN Item 16 with revisions. The committee requested the language be revised to require the two connections to connect to collector level roadways at a minimum and to ensure different adjacent developments be required to have the two connections. Without objection, the committee approved TRAN Items 19, 20, 28, and 39. Without objection, the committee requested Jon Baker, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, draft an Ordinance for TRAN Items 16, 19, 20, 28, and 39 to be introduced as New Business at the April 14, 2016 Metro Council meeting. A motion was made by Committee Member Hamilton, seconded by Vice Chair Hollander, that the Ordinance be tabled. The motion carried without objection.
