Chair Person Peden called the meeting to order at 3:01 p.m.

Chair Person Peden introduced the members present. A quorum was established.

A motion was made by Committee Member Stuckel, seconded by Vice Chair Hollander, that the Ordinance be untabled. The motion carried without objection. Joe Haberman, Brian Mabry, and Joe Reverman (Planning and Design Services) spoke to the item, gave a PowerPoint presentation, and handed out informational documents (see attached). Without objection, the committee approved PCUP Item 27 with revisions. In Letter E, 'four' has been changed to 'five' and the title and descriptive paragraph will reflect licensed healthcare providers. Without objection, the committee approved TRAN Items 8 and 12. Without objection, the committee requested Jon Baker, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, draft an Ordinance for PCUP Item 27 and an Ordinance for TRAN Items 8 and 12 to be introduced as New Business at the March 24, 2016 Metro Council meeting. A motion was made by Vice Chair Hollander, seconded by Committee Member Hamilton, that the Ordinance be tabled. The motion carried without objection.
