    A motion was made by Committee Member Stuckel, seconded by Committee Member Hamilton, that the Ordinance be untabled. Brian Mabry, Planning and Design Services, spoke to the item and gave a PowerPoint presentation. Joe Haberman, Planning and Design Services, and Jon Baker, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, spoke to the item. Without objection, the committee approved TRAN Items 1 and 3 but agreed to wait on creating an ordinance as other TRAN items to be considered may affect the items approved.
