Amends an intergovernmental agreement with University of Colorado Hospital Authority (UCHA) by adding $281,520.00 for a new total of $2,918,230.00 to provide care, treatment, and supportive services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the Denver Transitional Grant Area (TGA).
