15. 2. Wastewater Nutrient Regulations and Impacts for San Jose-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility Status Report.

    Accept a status report on new wastewater nutrient regulations and the impact on future reductions in nutrient discharges to San Francisco Bay from the Regional Wastewater Facility. (Environmental Services)

16. 3. Electric Leaf Blower Outreach Results Status Report.
    Reports to Committee

    Accept a status report update on outreach and research results and, dependent on findings, provide recommended electric leaf blow incentive program design. (Energy)

17. 4. Vision Zero Action Plan Status Report.
    Reports to Committee

    Accept a status report on the 2025 Vision Zero Action Plan, including projects, outreach efforts, key partnerships, and measurable goals that meaningfully reduce San José’s traffic crashes and fatalities over the next three years. (Transportation/Police)
